2. Set the place or area you want to search. You can also explore the map to judge which listings are close enough to visit.
3. Narrow the results with the available price, condition and category filters.
4. Open a listing to see the photos, asking price, description, condition and seller information.

Try the item type, brand or model if your first search is too broad. If there are no suitable listings, widen your area or remove a filter.

Find a place to rent

Explore Real Estate — Rent and set the area where you want to live. Read the property details, asking rent, payment period, availability and any stated deposit or additional charges. Message the owner or advertiser to confirm the terms and arrange a viewing. Visit and check the property and the person offering it before making a payment; Flipns does not collect rent, hold a deposit or arrange the rental for you.

Explore local jobs

Choose Jobs and look in the area where you want to work. Check the role, employer, work location, salary, working arrangement and application instructions. Ask the advertiser about anything missing before sharing application information. A listing or account badge does not guarantee a job offer.

Before contacting a seller

• Check that the description and photos show the item you want.
• Read about faults, included accessories, size or model details.
• Look at the seller's profile, ratings and verification information. A badge is a signal about the account, not a guarantee about an item.
• Check the area and discuss a suitable meeting place privately. Public map locations are approximate by default.

Use the listing's save control if you want to return to it later; your saved items are under Saved.
