Report or block a person

Flag a listing or conversation and control who can contact you.

Report content that appears to break Flipns rules. Block a person when you do not want further contact. These are separate actions: you do not have to wait for a report decision before blocking someone.

Report a listing, profile or conversation

  1. Open the listing, profile or conversation you want to report.
  2. Open its safety or more-actions menu and choose the report action.
  3. Choose the reason that best fits and describe what happened. Include relevant context without sharing passwords or banking credentials.
  4. Submit the report and wait for the confirmation. Sign in if the app asks you to.

Report concerns through the listing, profile or conversation. Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.

Block a person

  1. Open the person's safety actions, such as the menu in your conversation.
  2. Choose Block and read the confirmation.
  3. Confirm that you want to block the person.

You can review blocked accounts in Settings → Privacy. Blocking controls contact in Flipns; it cannot stop contact through another service.

Get more help

For an account-specific issue, open Settings → Help & support and choose the Safety category for a safety ticket. Describe the issue and identify the relevant listing or conversation.

If you cannot sign in, use the public contact page. For an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Review the safer-handover checklist.
