Promote a listing
Review optional visibility extras and their cost before spending credits.
Publishing a listing is free and Flipns takes no commission on an item sale. Credits are optional and can pay for extras shown in the app, including listing promotions.
Credits are a digital balance for eligible Flipns services. They are not physical coins, an item-payment service or money held for a buyer or seller.
Review a promotion
- Sign in and open a listing you own from Your listings.
- Open the listing's promotion action, such as Sell faster.
- Choose an available promotion. Read its displayed credit cost, duration and availability.
- Choose Review promotion and check the details before confirming the spend.
- Read the confirmation or any message explaining why the promotion is unavailable.
The app's current quote is the price to review. Availability can depend on your account, market, listing and existing promotions. A promotion can increase visibility; it does not guarantee an enquiry or sale.
If your balance is too low
Open Credits to see your balance and available packs. Check the currency, total price and checkout details before paying. You can keep listing and talking to buyers without buying a pack.
If something looks wrong
Check your credit transactions and the listing's current promotion details before trying again. If you were charged but the result is unclear, contact support with the listing link and relevant transaction details.
Read the Cancellation and refunds policy for applicable purchase remedies. Avoid including a full card number or other payment credentials in a support message.
Improve the listing first
Clear photos, an accurate description and a realistic asking price help buyers decide. Review the listing checklist before paying for extra visibility.
